HOW DO I RESERVE MY WEDING DATE?

The first step in the booking process is to fill out a bridal inquiry form. Once I receive your inquiry, I will reach out through the provided contact info to finalize details.

Most brides book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season and Saturday dates. You are more than welcome to inquire about a wedding date at any point, though it's recommended to book farther out in advance since I can't always guarantee last minute availability. Your date is officially reserved once a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are received. Because only one wedding is booked per day, availability is limited.

WHY SHOULD I BOOK A BRIDAL MAKEUP ARTIST?

 

When planning your wedding, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the long list of vendors and their associated costs. But here’s the truth: booking a professional bridal makeup artist is one of the most cost-effective investments you can make for your big day. Out of all the services you’ll invest in for your wedding day, a skilled makeup artist is one of the lowest-cost vendors, yet the impact on your overall experience is priceless. Investing in a high-quality, luxury makeup artist ensures you’ll look and feel your best, from the moment you walk down the aisle to your last dance. DO YOU OFFER BOTH BRIDAL HAIR AND MAKEUP?

Yes, but my specialty is creating camera-ready bridal makeup looks that photograph beautifully. I offer bridal hair styling for brides who book makeup services with me designed for classic, romantic styles rather than highly intricate hairstyles. If you are looking for advanced bridal hair techniques such as detailed updos, Hollywood waves, or other complex styles, I can refer you to some incredible stylists who specialize specifically in bridal hairstyling.

ARE PREVIEWS REQUIRED?

Previews are built into my package pricing. If you do not want to do a preview, pricing will remain the same as they are included with every package. Previews are achieved to ensure the exact look you want on your wedding day. Think of your preview as a dress rehearsal for beauty. We will collaborate, adjust, and refine so on your big day you can relax knowing your look is already perfected & camera ready. Typically for out of state brides that are traveling to Tennessee, previews are done the day or two prior to your wedding day.

IS THERE A SERVICE MINIMUM?

 

I require a $1,200 minimum booking fee for all weekend weddings (Friday-Sunday). Depending on whether you choose a makeup-only or hair & makeup bridal package, most brides meet the booking minimum with 3 to 5 additional bridal party services. Minimums do not apply for weekday wedding dates (Monday-Thursday).

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR THE BRIDE ONLY?

​

Absolutely. My focus is creating a personalized bridal beauty experience, whether you are booking services for yourself or your full bridal party. Brides are more than welcome to inquire for bride-only services, but please note that due to a high demand on Friday, Saturday, & Sundays, my wedding date minimum of $1,200 will still apply.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

 

I am based in Knoxville but travel throughout East & Middle Tennessee, the Smoky Mountains, Nashville and surrounding areas. Travel is included within these primary service areas with the booking minimum. A travel fee will apply if the booking minimum is not met. For weddings outside of these areas including out of state and destinations, a custom travel fee may apply.

Do we need to know the exact list of services for my party upon booking?​

​

Ideally, yes. If the party size indicates that additional team members will be needed other than myself, I need as accurate of a head count as possible upon signing the contract. You will have 60 days prior to the wedding date to request additions, but it is not guaranteed that I will be able to accommodate that close to the date. Reducing the service count is not permitted once the contract is signed and retainer is paid.

Does the bridal party pay for their own services?​

​

Every wedding is different, and there’s no right or wrong way to handle bridal party services. Some brides choose to cover the cost of hair and makeup for their bridal party, while others have each member pay for their own services. Whichever option you choose, the bride is responsible for collecting payment from her bridal party and submitting one payment for the entire booking as I do not collect individual payments from bridal party members. This keeps everything organized and makes the entire process as seamless as possible. seamless.

 WHY ARE BRIDAL BEAUTY SERVICES MORE EXPENSIVE?

​

Weddings can be costly, but we promise that we're not overpricing our services because of the bridal title. Pricing is structured to reflect the additional value we provide beyond the hair and makeup application. Regular appointments are about one to two hours per service, while bridal beauty services typically take longer because of the additional time we ensure for the bride. I also factor in the on-going communication and relationship I build with my brides, sometimes 6-12 months in advance. Once you secure your wedding day, we set up a preview, prepare the beauty prep guide for the bride and bridal party, personalize a wedding day timeline, and curate touch-up kits for everyone. Ultimately, you are paying for the complete bridal experience, not just the hair and makeup application.

LASHES + HAIR EXTENSIONS​

​

Strip lashes are included for the bride & the bridal party. If you are interested in lash extensions before the wedding, I have amazing lash artist referrals for my brides.

​

Clip-in extensions may be brought and added to your service for an additional charge since more time is needed to install and style them. If you are interested in purchasing custom clip-in extensions, you can set up a complementary consult with me to color match you. I also offer more semi-permanent hair extension options like Wefts & K-Tip installs.

DO YOU OFFER AIRBRUSH MAKEUP?

​

While I'm familiar with airbrush makeup, I prefer traditional makeup applications for a few reasons. With 16 years of bridal, photography, and tv/film makeup experience, I'm able to achieve the same if not better results with a traditional makeup application. Traditional makeup offers better coverage, suites a wider range of skin types, and allows for touch-ups when necessary.

DO YOU OFFER bridal prep BEAUTY SERVICES?

 

After the contract is signed and retainer is collected, all of my brides receive discounted bridal beauty prep services that I offer including hair extension installs, hair blonding + color, lash lifts, brow laminations + waxing, & permanent makeup.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE ARTIST & STYLIST ON THE WEDDING DAY?

 

I come with a full professional hair and makeup kits, so you will not need to bring anything unless you have allergies or prefer certain products, which I recommend bringing them and will gladly use if you need. I usually customize your lip color, but I do recommend bringing your own lipstick if you are going to want to touch up your lips throughout the wedding. I prefer a well-lit room with natural lighting to get everyone ready in, but I do have professional lighting and a professional makeup chair.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY HAIR & SKIN ON THE WEDDING DAY?

 

It is a common misconception that hair needs to be dirty to hold styles better. Hair should be clean (1-2 day old hair max), fully dry, and either washed the night before or morning of. No heavy oils or product buildup. I don't provide wash & blowouts due to limited access to sinks and time, so hair must be smoothed and prepped beforehand.

Skin should be clean and moisturized. Avoid new skincare products 1–2 weeks before the wedding.

 

A detailed preparation guide is sent to the bride and bridal party a week before the wedding.

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR + MAKEUP LAST?

​

Professional products and techniques are used to ensure long-lasting wear through humidity, outdoor ceremonies, and a full evening of celebration. Makeup is designed to photograph beautifully while still looking natural in person. Hair is structured for durability without feeling stiff or heavy. Touch-up kits are provided for the bride and bridal party to keep your makeup and hair fresh all day & night.

HOW MANY ARTISTS WILL BE ON-SITE?

 

I am a solo artist and personally provide all bridal hair and makeup services. I typically accommodate the Bride plus 5–6 additional services, depending on the wedding-day timeline and schedule. For larger bridal parties or timelines requiring additional artists, I can recommend trusted hair and makeup professionals I’ve worked with on weddings. Any additional artists are booked separately.

DO YOU OFFER TOUCH-UP OR EXTENDED DAY SERVICES?

Yes. Extended stay options are available for post-ceremony touch-ups, reception look changes, lip refreshes, etc. at an hourly rate.​
