HOW DO I RESERVE MY wedding DATE?

The first step in the booking process is to fill out a bridal inquiry form. Once Justine receives your inquiry, she will reach out through the provided contact info to finalize details. Please take a look at her packaging & pricing, portfolio, and bridal booking below in full before filling out an inquiry.

Most brides book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season and Saturday dates. You are more than welcome to inquire about a wedding date at any point, though it's recommended to book farther out in advance since Justine cannot always guarantee last minute availability. Your date is officially reserved once a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are received. Because only one wedding is booked per day, availability is limited. 
 

ARE PREVIEWS REQUIRED?

Yes, previews are required to ensure Justine achieves the exact look you want on your wedding day. Think of your preview as a dress rehearsal for beauty. You'll collaborate, adjust, and refine so on your big day you can relax knowing your look is already perfected & camera ready. There are options to either book a package or the preview separately through the A La Carte method before securing your date depending on your planning style.

IS THERE A SERVICE MINIMUM + TRAVEL FEE?

Justine does have a service minimum- the bride plus 4 guests (5 people total-bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom). She can absolutely come on location for the bride only or a smaller number of guests, but additional fees will apply since only one wedding is reserved per day and book out at least 6-12 months in advance.

 

Travel is free within 30 minutes of Nashville. Please inquire about pricing if you are outside of the radius, as Justine does travel out of state for weddings.



 

HOW LONG DOES BRIDAL STYLING TAKE ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Timing depends on the number of services booked, but here is a general guideline:

Brides Hair: Approx. 60-90 minutes

Brides Makeup: Approx. 60-90 minutes

Brides Hair + Makeup: Approx. 2 1/2–3 hours total

​Justine spends most time on the bride, and she is done last to ensure the freshest glam closest to the ceremony.

 

Bridal Party (Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride/Groom)

Hair: Approx. 60 minutes per person

Makeup: 60 minutes per person

 Hair + Makeup: Approx 2 hours per person  

 

A detailed timeline is created in advance based on your ceremony time, photographer arrival, and total services to ensure the morning runs smoothly and on schedule.

 WHY ARE BRIDAL BEAUTY SERVICES MORE EXPENSIVE?

​

Weddings can be costly, but we promise that we're not overpricing our services because of the bridal title. Pricing is structured to reflect the additional value we provide beyond the hair and makeup application. Regular appointments are about an hour per service, while bridal beauty services can take up to 3 hours because of the additional time we ensure for the bride. We also factor in the on-going communication and relationship we build with our brides, sometimes 6-12 months in advance. Once you secure your wedding day, we set up a preview, prepare the beauty prep guide for the bride and bridal party, personalize a wedding day timeline., and curate touch-up kits for everyone. Ultimately, you are paying for the complete bridal experience, not just the hair and makeup application.

 

 

LASHES + HAIR EXTENSIONS​

Strip lashes are included for the bride & the bridal party. If you are interested in lash extensions before the wedding, Justine is partnered with an amazing lash artist that takes care of her brides and her party.

Clip-in extensions may be brought and added to your service for an additional $75. If you are interested in purchasing custom clip-in extensions, you can set up a complementary consult with Justine’s trusted hair stylists to color match you. They also offer Weft & K-Tip installs.

DO YOU OFFER AIRBRUSH MAKEUP?

​

While Justine is familiar with airbrush makeup, she prefers traditional makeup applications for a few reasons. With 16 years of bridal, photography, and tv/film makeup experience, Justine is able to achieve the same if not better results with a traditional makeup application. She feels traditional makeup offers better coverage, suites a wider range of skin types, and allows for touch-ups when necessary.

After the contract is signed and retainer is collected, all of our brides and their bridal party receive discounted bridal beauty prep services! WHAT NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE ARTIST & STYLIST ON THE WEDDING DAY?

 

Justine and her team come with a full professional hair and makeup kits, so you will not need to bring anything unless you have allergies or prefer certain products, which we than recommend bringing them and we will gladly use them. Justine usually customizes your lip color, but we do recommend bringing your own lipstick if you are going to want to touch up your lips throughout the wedding. We prefer a well-lit room with natural lighting to get everyone ready in, but we do have special lighting on hand in case that is not possible with the set up. Justine always brings her professional makeup chair.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY HAIR & SKIN ON THE WEDDING DAY?

 

Hair should be clean and fully dry, and either washed the night before or morning of. No heavy oils or product buildup. We do not provide wash & blowouts due to limited access to sinks and time, so hair must be smoothed and prepped beforehand.

Skin should be clean and moisturized. Avoid new skincare products 1–2 weeks before.

 

A detailed preparation guide is sent to the bride and bridal party a week before the wedding.

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR + MAKEUP LAST?

​

Professional products and techniques are used to ensure long-lasting wear through humidity, outdoor ceremonies, and a full evening of celebration. Makeup is designed to photograph beautifully while still looking natural in person. Hair is structured for durability without feeling stiff or heavy. Touch-up kits are provided for the bride and bridal party to keep your makeup and hair fresh all day & night.

HOW MANY ARTISTS WILL BE ON-SITE?

 

Justine will be your lead artist and depending on your party size and timeline, additional artists may be scheduled to ensure a relaxed and efficient morning. Larger parties or earlier ceremony times often require a team approach.

DO YOU OFFER TOUCH-UP OR EXTENDED DAY SERVICES?

​

Yes. Extended stay options are available for post-ceremony touch-ups, reception look changes, lip refreshes, etc.

Bride-only on-site touch ups: $150/hour

Bride + bridal party on site touch ups: $350/hour
