CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

It is mandatory that every client confirms their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. You will be getting a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment by the 24 hour mark, your service will be taken off the schedule. If you have to cancel or reschedule, please let us know within 24 hours. NO SHOWS are unacceptable and will not be able to book any future appointments. JD Beauty has 15 minute grace period. Should you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, we can not guarantee that the service can be provided. By booking an appointment, you have read and agreed to JD Beauty's policies.
